Digital Authority Partners rebuilt Boxzooka’s organic search channel across a two-year engagement, taking the site to 97 keywords on page one of Google and 1,802% organic click growth year over year. The search foundation kept ranking after the engagement closed.
Boxzooka is a technology-driven third-party logistics provider specializing in ecommerce fulfillment for high-growth direct-to-consumer brands across apparel, beauty, cosmetics and subscription verticals. The company runs fulfillment centers in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Nevada.
The engagement ran from July 2024 to June 2026 and grew from a single paid search brief into nine signed statements of work. Digital Authority Partners rebuilt the website for conversion, cleared the technical debt holding indexing back, built location and vertical content where fulfillment buyers search, deployed structured data on the commercial pages, and turned a dormant contact database into a working nurture system. The engagement closed in June 2026 with an itemized deliverables register, a live technical tracker, a thirty-day plan and a recorded walkthrough, so the in-house team could carry every workstream forward.
Paid advertising carried 37.4% of all site traffic across the first eight months of 2024. Rising competition pushed auction costs up, while organic search contributed very little, so almost every new enquiry had to be bought.
Across January to August 2024 the whole site drew 2,659 impressions and 255 clicks. National providers held the high-intent commercial keywords across the fulfillment category, which kept Boxzooka out of the research and evaluation stage.
The website converted 2.1% of the paid traffic reaching it. Forms ran long, the mobile experience lagged desktop, trust signals sat too far below the fold, and calls to action carried no vertical-specific message.
The customer relationship management platform held about 7,000 contacts and had sent four marketing emails in its history. No nurture sequence guided a prospect from first enquiry to a decision, so qualified leads went unworked.
A full rebuild in late 2024 replaced a site that was suppressing demand rather than capturing it.
The technical audit found broken internal links, incomplete schema markup and crawl errors holding indexing back.
Content was built where fulfillment buyers search, by city and by product category.
The dormant contact database was turned into a working nurture system before handover.
Rank tracking began in October 2025 with 83 keywords on page one. By April 2026 that reached 97, with 52 of them inside the top three. Location pages tripled their page-one footprint over the same window, from 10 keywords to 30.
Boxzooka’s blog and industry pages took the top spot for 41 tracked searches. Best subscription box fulfillment partner climbed from position 36 to 3, and subscription fulfillment services from 22 to 4.
Organic clicks rose from 255 to 4,850, comparing January through August 2024 with the same eight months of 2025. Impressions across those windows grew from 2,659 to 1.47 million.
Google selected Boxzooka’s pages to answer questions on fulfillment services, logistics strategy and city-level delivery, putting the brand in front of buyers before they reach any website. Blog content carried 53 page-one keywords, more than half the site total.
