Carmen Williams is a versatile copywriter and digital content creator from sunny Cape Town, South Africa. She has over 14 years’ experience creating copy that engages, converts, makes people think, and sometimes even laugh.
Carmen has had a varied career, starting out as a journalist/content producer at Media24, doing freelance work with small businesses, as well as big publications like News24, Daily Maverick, and Woolworths Taste, before going into advertising at Ogilvy.
She’s written some killer copy for brands like Lindt SA, Sennheiser, and Dunlop Tyres. When she’s not wrangling commas and brainstorming ideas, she’s at the beck and call of her two cats. She’s also a quiz whizz and loves nothing more than a pub quiz with friends, even if she doesn’t always win.
