Arctic Health hired Digital Authority Partners in April 2026 to lay its search foundation across Google and AI assistants and to manage its Google Ads account. Between April and June, DAP audited the full site, scored its readiness for AI citation, and gave the CEO a ranked plan with an owner for every step. Arctic Health’s developers have since put the first two fixes live.

GPTBot, ClaudeBot, Google-Extended, and five other AI crawlers sat behind a default Cloudflare setting on arctic.health. Opening the site to them gave Arctic Health its fastest route into answers from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity.
Credentialing advice affects how providers get paid, which places it in Google's Your Money or Your Life category. Here Google looks hardest for named human expertise. Arctic Health had a veteran credentialing operator on staff and 14 published posts ready to carry her byline, review dates, and authoritative citations.
Arctic Health launched with roughly 410 programmatic pages across states, specialties, and payers. Some topics sat on three URL paths, and 21 state hubs had room for specialty pages beneath them. The site was under a month old, which made this the ideal moment to set one clean structure while Google was still indexing it.
Arctic Health signed a two-month initial term, with Y Combinator Demo Day set for June 16, 2026. CEO Sam Slezek was the only decision-maker, so every deliverable needed to arrive as a clear choice he could approve within 48 hours.
DAP crawled the whole domain and scored arctic.health on six factors that shape whether AI assistants cite a site. The audit set a starting composite score of 55 out of 100 and showed where each added point could come from.
DAP wrote the specifications Arctic Health’s developers needed to show Google and AI assistants the credentialing experts behind the site.
The strategy opened with a one-page decision brief for Sam and followed it with the full evidence. Every recommendation carried an hour estimate, an owner, and a reason it mattered before Demo Day.
DAP’s paid media team took over the Google Ads account Arctic Health set up themselves. The team reorganized it around buyer-intent credentialing searches and put conversion tracking on a reliable footing.
Arctic Health’s developers have since opened arctic.health to AI crawlers and published an /llms.txt file. These are fixes one and six on DAP’s ranked list. As of October 28, 2026, the live robots.txt welcomes GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended, and seven other named crawlers.
Each fix came with a plain-English explanation, a severity rating, and an effort estimate. They ranged from a one-hour Cloudflare change to a multi-day pillar article series, so Arctic Health’s team could start on the list the same day
At launch, arctic.health covered 22 of the 39 standards, registries, and concepts AI assistants reference on credentialing. DAP named the other 17, from NCQA and the Joint Commission to the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact, and grouped them into a series of 6 to 8 pillar articles.
The schema review confirmed that Arctic Health’s programmatic pages already carried strong markup. DAP then set target schema for the 10 page types around them, from the homepage and blog posts to the comparison index.
