He's also worked with 20+ AI startups, founded his own AI company, and built PerformanceX.ai.
Today he leads 100+ specialists and $8.4 million in monthly ad spend across 74 healthcare practices (847,000+ patient calls, zero HIPAA violations). He holds an MA in Marketing from University of Chicago, where he attended on full scholarship.
Ally Ipsen
Ally Ipsen is the Vice President of Marketing at Digital Authority Partners in San Jose, California, where she leads email marketing, branding, and organic social strategy.
She started her career in social media marketing over 12 years ago and has since scaled to leading marketing for a 100-person agency. Her email campaigns have reached over 1 billion users and generated $100 million in annual revenue. She has led rebranding initiatives for more than 30 eCommerce companies with combined revenues exceeding $1 billion.
Before becoming VP, Ally rose through DAP as Digital Content Manager, Senior Content Manager, and Head of Content. She previously held marketing leadership roles at 7 Knots Digital, GR0, Palladous, and LiveGlam. She holds a BS in Pharmacy from Centro Escolar University and is certified in Google Analytics, HubSpot, Klaviyo, and Meta Blueprint.
Simon Winn
Simon Winn is the Head of Strategy at Digital Authority Partners in Chicago, where he leads digital strategy, marketing strategy, and campaign planning for agency clients.
He has over 15 years of experience in digital marketing across FMCG, agency, nonprofit, and nutrition sectors. Before DAP, Simon spent four and a half years at Beiersdorf as Digital Marketing Manager and Audience and Data Strategy Specialist, leading cross-channel campaigns and audience segmentation initiatives. He also served as Senior Digital Account Manager at Liquorice Advertising, running strategic campaigns for clients including
Hellmann's Mayonnaise and SA Home Loans.
Simon's approach is data-driven: he focuses on understanding audience behaviors to build campaigns that deliver measurable ROI. He holds a BBA in Marketing and a Diploma in Project Management. Originally from South Africa, he is now based in Chicago.

Greg Hall

Before DAP, Greg led paid media at Magnetic Creative and Minrom, and spent three years at ConnectU Media as a Paid Media Buyer and SEO Specialist.
Alan Gold
Alan Gold is a Fractional CMO at Digital Authority Partners in Boston, Massachusetts, where he advises B2B companies on go-to-market strategy, sales-marketing alignment, and growth acceleration.
He has 30 years of marketing leadership experience and has served as CMO at five SaaS software companies: BestTransport (Descartes Systems Group), Kewill (e2open), Bamboo Rose, Avotus Corp., and Progress Software.
