Epocrates is the world’s top physicians application, with over two million active users. However, recent data revealed a troubling set of trends, with significant decreases in revenue, usage and engagement that lacked a clear explanation.
Discovery
After taking a deeper look, we determined that the client’s analytics strategy left much to be desired. Not only were they missing out on multiple sets of useful data, but also the data that was collected proved to be disorganized, prone to inaccuracies, and difficult to access.
