Is there a way to ensure a seamless implementation of an analytics capability for four major multi-language sites across North America? mindSHIFT, a leading B2B IT services and solutions company, called on DAP to find the best analytics platform for its complex needs.

Discovery

Handling large amounts of data on a daily basis became challenging for our client. DAP realized that mindSHIFT couldn’t unlock the actionable insights within its data without a powerful analytic platform, flawless execution and proper training.

Solution

DAP assisted the client during the analytics implementation process from start to finish. Our tools provided key insights for the product, information architecture, and design team. We also came up with a data collection strategy to increase lead generation and enabled IT service purchasing throughout the website.
