Our client, a global B2B leader in telecom testing, had an outdated website that ranked poorly in search engines. They enlisted DAP to do a complete overhaul of their web experience and improve its search rankings.
A world-class mobile testing and monitoring company should have a modern website that reflects its commitment to clients. At the time, the client’s website suffered from a poor taxonomy that made it difficult for users to find the information they needed. We knew that in order to improve the user experience, a new taxonomy, along with better information architecture, design and copy, was needed.
We worked with company stakeholders to define a taxonomy that better aligned with the company’s products and services. To further improve user experience, we redesigned the website, improved its underlying information architecture, and rewrote content for two major business units. Additionally, DAP completed the end-to-end development and implementation of the new site.
