Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois is the largest health insurance company in the state, with many of their 6.5 million members falling under managed care plans. Reporting and interpreting data from such a large number of people proved to be challenging.
Discovery
DAP helped the insurer streamline the collection of health reports for its managed care division. Stakeholders needed a performance tool that would reduce the burden of reporting quality results, and help them make faster, more informed decisions.
Solution
After talking with team members to understand the information used in the client’s decision-making process, DAP built a prototype for their performance dashboard. Using wireframes and hi-fidelity designs, our comprehensive dashboard showed how information would be displayed to different types of users.
